Our Interior Painting Process:
Interior Painting calls for all methods of application.
After the preparation is complete, we determine the best method to complete your project.
Brush-n-roll, We use this method usually for smaller jobs and as needed to complete any job.
Sprayed on fine finish application; Normally used during full interior painting. This is our preferred method for painting trim and doors. Also as needed for painting the walls and ceilings during a full interior painting project.
Painting Interior Doors:
Depending on the number of doors in progress, we normally create a spray booth type area in the garage or in the house, stand and paint the doors in this area. Leaving a brush free fine finish on the doors.
Our Exterior Painting History
We began painting homes in your neighborhood in the summer of 1987. We started with the tagline ‘ the Quality brush-n-roll people’, brushing and rolling our way through the metroplex one home at a time.
As the seasons passed our preparation became more extreme, we added the powerwash, powersanding, and our caulking improved. I was able to see how our paint was weathering and how we could improve and achieve a higher level of durability.
We also can and will remove and replace broken or rotted trim and siding.
Time passed and the addition of an airless paint sprayer added a new dimension to our scope of excellence. My history of brush-n-roll was not forgotten. I began to use the sprayer to apply the paint, while still in liquid form and on the wall I would back roll or use a brush to work the paint into the substrate to ensure the deepest penetration. During the first coat of this process I used the sprayer to add an additional layer of paint to the problem areas and where water will sit, drain or splash. When the full second coat was applied these problem areas were given what is a third coat effectively giving our finished product a better chance to endure a 4,000 day life. The sprayer also allowed us to leave a brush free excellent fine finish on doors and non porous surfaces.
